Due to the holiday weekend, the YWCA Book Cellar will be CLOSED this Saturday, September 5th.

We’ll be back open Saturday, September 12th, from 10 AM–2 PM.

We’re teaming up with the Westmoreland Food Bank to help make a difference in our community. We’re collecting non-perishable food donations at YWCA Westmoreland County, and we’d love your help!

📍 Drop-off: YWCA Westmoreland County - 424 N Main Street, Greensburg
🗓️ Tuesday–Friday (September 8 - 11)
⏰ 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Some ideas to donate:
🐟 Canned tuna, chicken, or salmon
🍑 Canned fruits & vegetables
🥫 Canned meals (stew, ravioli)
🥜 Peanut butter
🧀 Macaroni & Cheese
🥣 Cereal (whole grain)
🍝 Boxed meals (Hamburger Helper)

🚫 Please no glass jars.

This initiative is more than a food drive-it's a call to action rooted in two powerful American traditional the post-9/11 resolve that turned grief into service and the 250-year legacy of neighbors helping neighbors.

Due to the holiday weekend, the YWCA Book Cellar will be closed Saturday, September 5th and will be open Saturday, September 12th from 10 AM - 2 PM.

In addition, due to the popularity of the free children’s book give away, the sale has been extended until the Literacy Children’s Fair on Saturday, September 19.

Join us for the 3rd Annual YWCA Literacy Children’s Fair on Saturday, September 19, from 1:00–3:00 PM at the YWCA Westmoreland County!
