Meteorological summer is here! Sunny skies and warming temps this week with the next chance of showers and storms arriving this weekend.

05/31/2026

Residents across central and parts of southern Indiana can look forward to a week of pleasant, mostly dry weather with temperatures hovering right around seasonal averages. Daytime highs will generally range from the upper 70s to low 80s, while nighttime lows cool down into the 50s and lower 60s. The only minor wrinkle in the pattern arrives on Monday, bringing a low chance...under 30 percent...for light rain or an isolated storm, which will primarily target southwestern counties. Otherwise, dominant high pressure will keep the entire region quiet and comfortable right through Thursday.

05/29/2026

Enjoy a great weekend! Temperatures will be near seasonal with highs generally in the mid 70s to lower 80s. Expect dry conditions through the weekend with increasing high clouds later today and Saturday.
