⛅ 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘂𝗽 a 𝗸𝗶𝘁 of 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 🎨 to create your own ✨ 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝘁 ✨ , 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 it in a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to be displayed, and 𝘄𝗶𝗻 a 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 🎁 at the Greensburg Decatur County Public Library's 𝐓𝐢𝐧𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰!

⭐ Participants can use any elements they want (glitter, feathers, paper, etc.) in their piece, but they 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱.

🎨 All submissions will be displayed on tiny easels, judged by an outside panel, and will place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, with Participation Certificates for kids 13 and under. 🎨
