❤️ Laker Louie is visiting our Library! ❤️

Monday July 20th at 3pm

Author Lisa Shumard-Shelton will be visiting the library for a special reading of her book “Cheers for Laker Louie,” the sequel to her breakout hit, “High-Fives for Laker Louie.” Along with Lisa, Louie will be making a special appearance to assist with the reading.

The first 25 attendees will receive a free copy of the “Cheers for Laker Louie” book as well as a free exclusive Laker Louie keychain. Plus, attendees can scan the library poster QR code to enter them for a chance to win a basket of Lake Louie swag! While you’re here grab a Lake Land fidget toy!

Food bags available

The library has received a limited number of food bags from Backpack Ministries to help support members of our community.

If you or someone you know could benefit from a food bag, please stop by the library during regular business hours. Bags will be available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.

We are grateful to Backpack Ministries for their generosity and commitment to helping local families.

A Royal Proclamation

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

By decree of the Greenup Township Public library, all young princes, princesses, Knights and Noble’s are cordially invited to attend a royal storytime with the beautiful Cumberland County Fair Queens!

Join us on Saturday, June 20, from 11 AM to 12 PM at the Greenup Township Public library 101 N. Franklin Street

Enjoy a magical hour filled with:
-enchanting stories read by the Fair Queens -decorating you’re very own crown or tiara -special photo opportunities with the queens -royal fun fit for the entire kingdom

Children are encouraged to arrive in their finest royal attire. Gather your court and make plans to join us for a morning of fairytale fun and royal memories. We eagerly await your presence at this most splendid occasion.

No royal RSVP required, simply arrive ready for a regal adventure!
