Eastern North Carolina Rescue Squad (ENCRS), an Integrated Public Safety Task Force, is located in the County of Pitt, North Carolina, and serves the Eastern Region as a Regional Emergency Services and ESF-9 Resouce Agency. This squad is staffed day and night (24/7/365) by professional, credentialed, and trained first responders that operate in a variety of emergency support functions to assist th

e requesting local, state, and federal jurisdictional agencies. In addition, to our primary Search and Rescue Mission. ENCRS has partnered with multiple non-profits, non-governmental agencies, and other regional public service teams; to create a life-saving network and functional support system to improve the lives of the citizens within our Eastern North Carolina Community.
