The asphalt paving of Hickory Drive, Hickory Lane, and McClure Drive is tentatively scheduled for August 31st through September 4th, weather permitting. Note that the streets will be swept with a mechanical broom, generating an enormous amount of dust. Also, please limit the amount of street traffic during paving operations, if possible.

The (2) field technicians from ORENCO have arrived. Since they flew in from Oregon, and had their tools shipped here, they will be working out of a small U-Haul truck. They plan on starting at 8:00am and working past 5:00pm into the evening. Also, they will be working Saturday, August 8th.

Starting on Monday, August 3rd, through Friday, August 14th, field technicians from ORENCO, along with representatives from our Utilities Department, will be going house to house doing final adjustments and inspections of the newly installed sewer system. Every effort will be made to contact the homeowner by knocking on their door, and/or calling contact numbers we have on file. The inspections will begin at the north end of the Village and flow southward. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Utilities Department at 937-564-2866 for assistance.
