Greenville, WI - Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department It is our goal to provide safe and aesthetic facilities to serve all of Greenville’s residents.

The Greenville Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Village’s parks, trails, open spaces and urban forest. We have also begun to provide limited recreational programs and special events and hope to expand this service as we move into the future. Greenville has an award-winning urban forestry program that is responsible for planting and

maintaining safe and healthy trees on all public properties as well as promoting the benefits of the urban forest to the community. The department is also responsible for the landscape maintenance of all other Village owned properties including Village Hall, water towers and two cemeteries.

Have You Checked Out Our New Information Board at Lions Park?

There’s something new to check out the next time you’re visiting Lions Park!

We’ve added a new Parks & Recreation Information Board near the playground, and we’ll be giving it a new look each month!

Each month, you can stop by the board to find:

🍁 Fun seasonal activities for kids and families
🦉 Fun facts about nature, parks & wildlife
🌱 Educational tidbits about the world around us
🎃 Seasonal information & things to look for in the park
📅 Upcoming Parks & Recreation events
✨ And other fun surprises!

Our goal is to create something that makes visiting the park a little more fun while giving our community something new to discover each month.

Family Movie Night is TONIGHT!

Finally… a Wednesday with some AMAZING weather! Grab the family, pack up your blankets, and head down to Lions Park for a fun night under the stars!

Tonight we’re watching The Lego Movie!

The fun starts at 6:00 PM with pre-movie activities, and the movie will begin at dusk once it’s dark enough for everyone to see the screen clearly.

What a night! 🍻🎶

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and made Greenville on Tap such a fun evening! The music was stellar, the drinks were ice cold, the food was delicious, and the company was even better. It's always great to see our community come together for a night of good food, good music, and great memories.

We can't wait to do it all again! Mark your calendars for our next Greenville on Tap on Wednesday, August 19. We'll see you there!
