We want to ensure that every local and reginal organization that supports students with disabilities and their families are included in this event. If you have not received an invitation via email to participate in the BCSS Disability Services Summit, please accept our apology and use the registration link below to reserve your space.

This event will help BCSS parents of students with IEPs learn about resources that support academic success, mental health, therapy services, transition planning, independent living, family support, and more.

Our goal is to connect families with organizations that can help them navigate their child's journey from Pre-K through adulthood.

Participating organizations will receive a table to share information, resources, and services with families from across Butler County.

We are asking parents of students with IEPs to take a few moments to complete TWO important surveys. Your feedback will help us better understand your experiences and guide decisions that strengthen programs, communication, and support for your child.
Please complete both surveys below:

πŸ‘‰ BCSS Parent Feedback Survey
https://gqr.sh/78HR
This survey is specifically for Butler County Schools parents of students receiving services through an IEP. Feedback from this survey will be used by BCSS during our special education evaluation and improvement process for the 2026–2027 school year. πŸ—“ Deadline: May 18, 2026

πŸ‘‰ Alabama State Department of Education Parent Survey
https://gqr.sh/rvTM
This survey is for parents of Alabama students who receive services through an Individualized Education Program (IEP). BCSS staff do not have access to individual survey results. Results are only shared later in statewide ALSDE reports. πŸ—“ Deadline: July 30, 2026

βœ… Both surveys are anonymous.
βœ… Honest and thoughtful feedback is encouraged.
βœ… Your voice matters and helps us strengthen partnerships, improve services, and ensure high-quality educational experiences for all students.

Thank you for your continued support of Butler County Schools and for being an essential part of your child’s educational journey.
