Jim Crail for WI Assembly

This is the official page of Progressive Democrat Jim Crail for Wisconsin Assembly. I'm running in Assembly District 55, which covers all or parts of the towns of Greenville, Grand Chute, Clayton, Neenah and Menasha, as well as all or parts of the cities of Appleton, Neenah, and Menasha. The race is against Dean Kaufert, an entrenched, well-funded, incumbent and I'll need plenty of suppor

t throughout the coming months to unseat this veteran politician. To give you an idea of who I am, here is a short bio: I'm a 12 1/2 year Air Force veteran pilot who has flown combat support missions in the Middle East, I'm currently a 14 year pilot for United Airlines, a staunch member of the Air Line Pilots Association where I was a union volunteer and committee chairman. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University, Cum Laude, in 1984, married my wonderful wife Debby in 1994, and moved to Wisconsin after leaving the USAF in 1997. I decided to take the plunge into running for Assembly because I'm tired of seeing our state being run into the ground by irresponsible politicians in Madison who do nothing but vote the party line and return favors to big money donors. I'm frustrated with Madison not liistening to us. I work for a living and earn an hourly wage. Folks like us need to be represented in the Capitol and have our voices heard and I hope you'll vote for me so that I can do just that.
