al and developmental disabilities and substance use disorders—get the services they need to improve well-being and live fulfilling lives. We are dedicated to carrying out our mission by investing in the health and well-being of the communities we serve and empowering individuals with access to services, tools and resources to live a fulfilling life. We are consistently adapting, innovating and strengthening our approach to caring for those we serve. Trillium does not deliver services directly, but contracts with a network of providers throughout the community to ensure that care is accessible, and of the highest quality.

24-Hour Behavioral Health Crisis Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1-877-685-2415. Administrative calls are answered from 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at 1-866-998-2597. A sense of community is a powerful tool for individuals in recovery. It provides accountability but also a sense of purpose. However, this doesn't have to only mean in-person interactions. Mobile apps like "I Am Sober" can be another option to consider. I Am Sober is more than just a free sobriety counter app.

Along with tracking your sober days, it helps you build new habits and provides ongoing motivation by connecting you to a wide network of people all striving for the same goal: staying sober one day at a time.

Talk it Out NC helps encourage adults and teens to have real conversations about alcohol use. "Alcohol affects the adolescent brain differently than it affects the adult brain — because the human brain isn’t fully developed until about age 25." According to their research, kids who begin drinking before 15 years old have a 40% chance of developing alcohol use disorder; those who wait until they are 21 years old only have a 7% chance.
