Good Evening Everyone.
We got up with Tidal Wave Car Wash over on Arlington and purchased 100 of these $30 car wash coupons.
Good news for you is we are selling them for $10 a piece.
Just think. These can be gifted to Teachers, Employees, Friends and Family. They are good until the end of September 2027.
Let me know if you'd like 1 or a few and we'll arrange pickup points to grab them. I'll have some at Boston South Thursday-Saturday if you are over that way.
ALL proceeds stay at JOY.

We had our washing machine go down a few days ago and right now a lot of focus has been on getting the Dental Clinic up.
Davis Williams over at stepped up to let us know that he would take care of it for us. After seeing our old washer wasn't worth fixing he decided to DONATE, deliver and install us a brand new machine today.
Can't thank you enough Davis. We truly appreciate you.
Huge Thank you goes out to Nancy Williams and the delivery crew Tim and Ty.

Good Afternoon Everyone.
Here's a little post about volunteers.
First. To all of you who do we can't Thank you enough.
Now. Over the past few weeks we've had 7 No Call/No Shows. That really hinders our service so if you sign up, put it in your calendar and please keep your commitment.
For those of you looking to volunteer. There is only ONE way to get on the schedule. I'll ask you to call 252-561-7519 and ask for Shirley between 8-10am. She handles the volunteers and can get you on the schedule.

Good Morning All. Here's a SAVE the DATE for you.
Fri-Sat, August 14-15th, Capital to Coast NC Law Group & Allstate Financial Services will be holding a "Community Yard Sale" with 100% of the Proceeds going to JOY.
They will have Office Furniture, Household furniture and so much more.
We'll be looking for donations for the sale, event sponsors and potentially food trucks.

Good Morning All.
This coming Saturday, Fleet Feet Greenville, NC will once again be assisting with getting sneakers to those in need. Access East, Inc. will be holding a foot clinic from 9am-Noon and to get an appointment there please call 252-847-2821. DO NOT call the kitchen.
The sneaker event will be from 11am-1pm and people must be ON SITE to get shoes. 1 pair per person so please don't ask for extra. Sizes range from 6-11 for women and 7-13 for men. There are so many of each size and if your size runs out we apologize.
See you then.
