Today’s Barbara Nolan Awards Luncheon was such a meaningful and beautiful celebration honoring Alma Rutgers.
Today was truly a reflection of the heart of Barbara’s House and the impact this organization has had on the Greenwich community for nearly 70 years. Since 1955, Barbara’s House has remained committed to supporting underserved children, families, seniors, and individuals throughout our community, and today reminded us just how special that mission continues to be.
None of this happens without the incredible network of people who believe in our mission. To our committee members, board members, sponsors, community partners, and every guest who walked through those doors today — thank you.
We are also deeply thankful to Fred Camillo for presenting the proclamation, and to Governor Ned Lamont for joining us to help honor such a meaningful occasion.
To our Co-Chairs, Joe Cabrera and Stuart Adelberg — thank you for your leadership, dedication, and unwavering support of Barbara’s House and our mission. Your commitment to this community and to the families we serve continues to make such a difference.
And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Greenwich Country Club and Keith Armstrong for hosting us so beautifully, and to their incredible staff for the warmth, support, and care to every detail by that helped make the afternoon truly unforgettable.
We are beyond thankful for this community and all who continue to believe in and support the work we do!
