The green ribbon was small, and so were the scissors, but the crowd that gathered at Armstrong Court to celebrate Phase II of renovations to the 1950's era housing development was substantial.

Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program

Greenwich Communities will be accepting applications for 2 and 3 bedroom units at the above-mentioned program BY MAIL. Beginning June 15, 2022, an official application form will be used to apply to ACP2. Applications must be addressed as follows and postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service.
