Tri-County Health Department offers a dietetic internship accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (A.N.D.). • Community/Public Health focus
• Six interns selected annually
• 10.5 month program (46 weeks)
• Wide variety of dietetic experiences
• Over 20 RDs on staff
• Caring preceptors to guide interns

• Graduates have a 95% first-time pass rate on RD exam, which meets ACEND requirements with commendation
