ATTENTION MILLTOWN WASHBURN CUSTOMERS: Please clean up and remove weeds or brush around your meter boxes. Keeping the area clear helps you and our field crew by ensuring we can quickly locate your meter in an emergency. Beginning in July, a $25 service charge will be applied if we must clean around your meter.

If you live in the Barber Road area and are out of water, our main line was hit and our crew is currently working on repairs and will have water restored as soon as possible.

Please Conserve Water and Protect Your Home

Due to the impending winter storm and cold temperatures, we urge all customers to conserve water as much as possible. The demand on our system goes up during these conditions. Our community receives water from outside suppliers, and our ability to maintain uninterrupted service depends on their continued delivery. Your cooperation is critical in helping us manage these circumstances. We will be updating our Face Book page regulary during this winter storm.
Immediate Actions to Take

· Conserve Water: Use water only for essential needs. Avoid unnecessary washing, cleaning, or watering.

· Check for Leaks: Inspect your home for any signs of leaks. If you find a leak, please have it turned off as soon as possible to prevent water waste and potential damage.

· Protect Plumbing: DRIP faucets on outside walls

· Open Cabinet Doors: For sinks on outside walls, open cabinet doors under the sink to allow heat to reach pipes and help prevent freezing.

· Store Water: Store some water in containers for use incase you do lose service to your house.

We are reliant on our outside water suppliers, and any disruption in their service can directly impact our community. By following the steps above, you help us preserve water, prevent plumbing issues, and ensure we can continue to provide service for everyone.
