Did you know Greer CPW has tree pruning and vegetation management crews working year-round? We’re proud to partner with Condor Environmental and Wright Tree Service to help manage vegetation, reduce outages, and maintain reliability around our critical infrastructure.

Condor Environmental focuses on ground-level vegetation management, including sewer line right-of-way, while Wright Tree Service performs the aerial work that helps keep our electric system safe and dependable. This week is Right of Way Professionals Week and we thank these dedicated crews for their hard work maintaining the infrastructure that keeps our communities connected.

Summer is still a few weeks away, but Mother Nature is giving us a sneak peek. Make every watt count with these energy saving tips!
☀️Grill, don’t bake. Avoid using electric ovens and stovetops as they create unnecessary indoor heat. Consider firing up the grill outdoors.
☀️Set your thermostat wisely. Each degree higher saves energy and money.
☀️ Fan the heat. Change the direction of your fan blades to spin counterclockwise in the summer to push cool air down.
☀️Block the heat. Make sure your home has blinds, drapes or curtains. These act as barriers to keep the heat out of your home.
