We had a great kickoff for our Summer Reading programs today with our ambulance and fire crews on hand to show the participants all the equipment on the vehicles and how they work. Thank you to the Gregory Community daycare workers for helping to get the kids signed up for prizes. Thank you to Chief Cook for calling to let us know that their vehicle was not available today. And a big thank you to Dakota Auto Care, this week's sponsor for supplies and snacks!

Whether adult or child, don't let the Summer get you in a slump from reading. Thanks to multiple donors we have just the right reading buddy for you. Stop in and adopt one today and pledge to read to it every day this Summer for 20 minutes per day at least. At the end of Summer bring your reading logs back in for a prize! Happy reading! We can't wait to see all of the places your reading buddy goes this Summer so be sure to send us pictures.
