THANK YOU to everyone that came out to celebrate Halloween in the Park!! 🎃
We had a great time playing games, walking a haunted trail and going trick-or-treating (with a special es**rt by Tim). We also had some great decorations around the campground!! We look forward to next year-Saturday August 7 2027!!

Come celebrate Halloween in the Park this weekend!! You may even have a chance to walk around with a plaque! (these plaques are made from trees that were cut from the park).

Come out and celebrate the 5th annual Halloween in the Park!! The event will be held on Saturday, August 1st at the east unit and is kid friendly!! 🎃

This event will include Halloween games, campsite decorating, s’mores, a haunted trail and much more! Campsites still available.

This past weekend we celebrated Parks & Wildlife Foundation’s 40th birthday. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate! We had a blast looking for things for the scavenger hunt and ending the night around the campfire with s’mores

Join us this weekend, May 15-17, to celebrate the start of summer! It's our annual Open House and Free Fishing Weekend, which means South Dakota State Park entry is free and no fishing license is required. Regulations and limits still apply.

It’s the perfect time to get outside, cast a line, and make new memories!
