Applications for Rogue Farm Corps' Farm Launch program are now open! Perfect for beginning farmers and ranchers that are looking to start their own operations. From October through March, farmers in the program will work together and one-on-one with Rogue Farm Corps staff to write business plans and jumpstart their farm businesses. Farm Launch combines cohort learning with technical assistance and coaching. Learn more here! ⬇️

Are you a beginning farmer or rancher, ready for your own operation but not sure how to start? Fear not, Farm Launch is currently accepting another cohort of 15 beginning farmers and ranchers who are ready to start farm businesses!

From October to March, farmers will work together and 1-on-1 with RFC staff to write business plans and jumpstart their operations. Farm Launch will combine cohort learning with technical assistance and coaching. RFC staff will work individually with farmers, providing personalized support to help participants develop a business plan and advance their farming goals. The cohort will provide a space for peer-to-peer learning, mutual support, accountability, and relationship building. RFC will organize additional classes and trainings, and bring in guest instructors based on the needs of the cohort.

• Who: Up to 300 local farmers and farm supporters
• What: Free dinner, drinks, music, and co****le and disc golf competitions

We're very excited to welcome Thimbleberry Collaborative Farm to Headwaters! They have leased a half acre on the property and over this summer will be preparing a learning garden for workshops and field trips, while also planting row crops to sell and donate locally.
