Did you know our Village Shop supports approximately 80 children each month with essential items for children ages 0 to 4? And we are in need of summer clothes sizes from 2T to 5T both for boys and girls. We are completely out of clothes for those sizes. Please share this and contact our office at 504-227-9090 for the best time to drop off your donations.

Also, if you feel called to serve as a volunteer and can commit to a weekly shift, please submit a volunteer interest form at www.supportccl.org/join-us Our Village Shop needs more volunteers for Wednesday shift 10am-1pm.

Today, we celebrate fathers as well as all men who stepped into the lives of the fatherless. We praise God for men who are struggling and wrestling constantly to provide and protect their families and who deeply care for their children even when they may not voice their hearts. We see you, dads. You are valued. You are important. You matter.

We mourn with those who may be grieving the absence or loss of their fathers. We pray that our Good Father who is near you and loves you perfectly brings you great comfort today.

This full-time, on-site role supports critical efforts like donor relations, events, communications, and campaign coordination—helping ensure every contribution makes a lasting difference.

Meet Baby "Grace"!

When her mom, "Lydia," found out she was pregnant and turned to the father for support, he told Lydia the decision is up to her and he doesn't care. (Names changed for privacy)

Lydia considered abortion. But when she came to the center, everything changed. She found hope. She found people who care and she saw her baby for the first time.

Lydia chose life, and the center helped her to be prepared to meet baby Grace.

Some of our staff got to meet this tiny miracle this past week 💗 Lydia said she chose life because she found the center 🥹🥹🥹

We are incredibly honored to be part of this story of life and hope. Our hearts are full of thankfulness to the Lord who brought many of you to support our mission!

Today, we celebrate the beauty, strength, and love of amazing mothers—the women who nurture, sacrifice, and reflect the heart of God in countless ways.

We honor the moms who are walking the joyful, messy, and meaningful journey of raising children. Your “yes” to life matters more than you know. 💕

We celebrate the courageous moms who chose life, even when it was hard, and the incredible community of supporters who stood beside them. Because of you, motherhood is not walked alone. You are part of every story of hope we see. 🤍

And today, we also hold space for those whose hearts may feel tender.

For the mothers who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. We remember your babies and honor your love.

For those missing their mothers today, we grieve with you and pray you feel God’s comfort.

For those longing to be mothers. Your story matters, and you are not forgotten.

Just in time for Mother’s Day this coming Sunday… an ABUNDANCE of love. 💐💗

We picked up gifts that filled an entire large room through Louisiana Right to Life’s Love Them Both Garden, a special Mother’s Day Program, made possible by local churches and partner organizations.

Because of this, we were able to bless 30+ moms in our programs, and we were honored to help Young Lives, our partner ministry, in supporting teen moms.

This is what pro-life partnership looks like: loving both moms and babies - with practical help, real encouragement, and a reminder that she’s not alone. 🌿
