🌱🧪 Digging Into Learning in 3rd Grade! 🧪🌱

Ms. Minor’s 3rd Grade scholars are getting their hands dirty with science! 🪨🌿 Our kiddos are creating Soil Property Posters as they explore the different properties of soil and deepen their understanding of how it all works together.

But they’re learning more than just science—they’re also learning the power of TEAMWORK! 🤝💚 From sharing ideas to dividing responsibilities, our scholars are practicing how to communicate, collaborate, and work together to create something amazing!

🌟🥨 Place Value Has Never Been This SWEET! 🥨🌟

Ms. Mack’s 2nd Grade Scholars were all IN for learning place value today! 🔢✨ They used pretzels and marshmallows to build numbers, represent different place values, and show what each digit is worth.

Who knew math could be this delicious?! 😋🍡

💙💛 GRANDPARENTS DAY IS COMING TO MOORE ELEMENTARY! 💛💙

We’re going ALL IN to celebrate the special grandparents and loved ones who mean so much to our scholars! 🐻💙

📅 September 11th
⏰ Please arrive 15 minutes before your scholar’s scheduled lunch time.
📚 Our Book Fair will also be OPEN! Grandparents will have the opportunity to shop with their scholar and find a great book to take home! 📖✨

🍽️ Lunch Information:
• Lunch is $5.25 — EXACT CHANGE ONLY
• Please pay in the cafeteria.
• Choice of BBQ Rib Sandwich or Pizza 🍕🥪
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD
• You will eat with the sibling who eats first if you have multiple scholars.

🪪 IMPORTANT: A valid photo ID is required to enter. Please be sure to list each guest’s name exactly as it appears on their ID, along with their date of birth, on the form.
