THIS SATURDAY we are celebrating Black History Month by hosting a free showing of 'A Choice of Weapons: Inspired by Gordon Parks' at the Griffin-Spalding Library at 1:30 PM! Then, we will be attending the Black Heritage Festival at 4:00 PM.

HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!! We are so proud to kick off the BHM by highlighting our local legend Janet Bragg: nurse, turned pilot pioneer. Black excellence is a beautiful thing.

Janet retired from flying in 1966 with over 2000 hours of flight time."

Our 2026 Annual Plan was approved by YDG leadership, so we are a go with all of our projects! This year, we will grow our membership, recruit election volunteers, and raise money for the Young Democrats of Georgia (YDG). We will do this while having fun and comradery.
