🎶 Tomorrow’s the day! 🎶

We’re thrilled to kick off Music on the Plaza 2026 with the amazing Grosse Pointe North and South Jazz Bands. There’s no better way to welcome summer than with cool tunes, community vibes, and a perfect night in The Village.

We’ll also be joined by The Spice & Tea Exchange of Grosse Pointe with refreshing iced teas, plus Apple Blossom Baby and Kids and The Party Pit bringing fun activities for our youngest concert‑goers. And if you’re 21+, don’t forget you can enjoy your favorite Loop social district beverage while you listen.

Bring the whole family and make an evening of it!

Concert starts at 7, but come early to grab your spot - and don't forget your chairs/blankets!

You can find it on the walkway between Small Favors and Bakehouse 46 - stop by, take a look and soak in a little joy.

Today we had the chance to meet with the new owners of the restaurant coming into the former City Kitchen space — and we can confidently say it’s going to be a fantastic addition to The Village!

As they’ve begun their build‑out, they’ve been uncovering some beautiful original features… including this tile hidden beneath old carpeting. They’re thoughtfully blending what’s worth preserving with fresh enhancements that will bring new energy to the space.

They’ll be sharing more details soon, but for now, consider this your first little sneak peek. Stay tuned — something special is on the way!
