For the safety of our guests, staff, and collection, The Submarine Force Museum (SFM) and Historic Ship NAUTILUS (HSN) will be temporarily closed to the public until further notice. This closure is necessary to address a faulty component in the museum building’s fire suppression system. To ensure the highest level of safety for our visitors and collection, we decided to close for repairs.

SFM, HSN, and the collection are secure.

We are working diligently to resolve the situation and will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. All scheduled events and tours during this closure are postponed. We appreciate the understanding and patience of all patrons.
