What’s in Season in February??

Winter isn't just for cozy blankets, it’s peak season for some of the most flavorful, nutrient-dense produce. Check out what’s at its best right now:

Root Veggies: Beets, carrots, turnips, & parsnips

Leafy Greens: Kale, spinach, collard greens, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, & cabbage.

Citrus: Oranges, limes, tangerines, grapefruit, & lemons.

Winter Squash: Butternut, acorn, & spaghetti squash

Eating seasonally means better flavor, lower prices, and more nutrients.

Pro-Tip: Winter parsnips get sweeter after a frost!
