Today's training consisted of members traveling to Annandale Paintball for a team building experience and communication training. Members were split into teams armed with only a face mask and a paintball gun. The directive was to work as a team to eliminate the other team. After a couple of rounds teams started to develop plans and worked together to meet the objective. Teams changed throughout each course and each style of play. Judging by all of the smiling faces and laughs, the training exercise was a success!

Tonight we trained with Grove City Fire Department on search and rescue tactics. Thanks to North Star Training for providing another useful hands on training scenario. Meeker County Sheriff's Department was also on scene showing us how their drone could help us in the event of a missing persons.

Santa Claus and friends are coming to Grove City this Saturday December 13th! Santa is expected to arrive at Trinity Lutheran Church at 5:30 and a free will donation spaghetti supper starts at 4:30. We can't wait to see you there!

We partnered with Grove City Fire Department for a joint Grain Bin Extrication Training with North Star Training this evening. We walked away with a game plan of what to do if this were to happen in Grove City or our surrounding townships.

Special thank you to Deputy Swisher, Gabby, and Russel for allowing us to train on their property. We would also like to thank our favorite Community Paramedic Mike and the Meeker County Sheriff's Department for joining us this evening.

National Night Out 2025 is a wrap! Thank you to the community for showing up and taking part in this annual community building event. We served 200 hamburgers, 70 hotdogs, 130 ears of corn, and over 200 rootbeer floats! We cannot thank the businesses that donated to this event enough!

One of our veteran members got to take part in her first ever auto extraction trainings! In the past Rescue has always focused on patient care but tonight members were able to experience what it is like running the jaws of life. Great work Tammy! Thank you to North Star Fire Training for a great evening of fun and training! We would also like to thank R and R auto salvage for donating the vehicles for us to practice on!
