Good Afternoon everyone. I realized I haven't done an update since May and me personally I love keeping our community updated on the fire side. Since my last update on May 11, we've responded to:
1 Brush Fire
4 Vehicle Fires
6 Structure Fires
11 LifeFlights
1 Lift Assist
3 Wrecks
13 Trees/Line Down calls.

As of August 4, 2026 at 2 pm, GHFR has responded to 103 calls.

We know school is about to start back as well, which means Fire Prevention Week will be here before we know it. (& if you know me, you know that's my favorite fire event we do) We want to wish all the Students, Faculty, & Staff an amazing, safe, fun, & successful year.

Good Morning All! Time for the May 11th update for GHFR.
Since the last update we have responded to (and we were cancelled en route to a couple of these) 17 calls:
4 Brush Fires
2 Structure Fires
1 Lift Assist
9 LifeFlight's
1 Wreck
Our department is up to 64 calls for the year.

Good morning everyone. Hope you all had a wonderful Easter. Haven't done an update on this page since February and we like for the community to know what we have going on. Since the last update we've ran/responded to 25 calls.
