The upcoming Special Election is six-tenths of one percent (0.6%) sales tax; for every $100 of retail purchases there will be a $0.60 cents increase. All retail shoppers in Grove will share in the cost of constructing a new police and new fire station. The Sales Tax is not limited to property owners in Grove. This is NOT a property tax.

What is the square footage of the facilities? The square footage of both facilities have been reduced. Police is 13,324 sq. ft. and Fire is $17,252 sq. ft.
