Perfectly Placed Seniors is locally owned and we offer complete referral and placement services for senior adults in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. We find the right care setting for the elderly members of our community.
We are seeking a self motivated individual with good communication,organization and time management skills to join our team. This position requires a detail oriented individual with the ability to prioritize.
Daily job duties include:
scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records;other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
This position requires daily communication with seniors and their families. The right individual for this position would require empathy, patience and a passion for helping seniors.
Starting pay is $20.00/hr. Substantial bonus potential based on productivity. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION. We are not seeking a sales/telemarketing assistant. We are a customer service based company.
***Benefits of joining our team include the ability to work from home (occasional in person meetings for training opportunities). Monday-Friday work schedule 9am-430pm.
