💧 Water Service Update

We are aware that some customers may notice cloudy or milky-looking water. This is due to air in the water lines and is not a cause for concern.

Our crew will be flushing hydrants throughout the day today to help clear the lines and improve water quality.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get everything back to normal! 💙

Update,

your water should be back on again. I apologize for the inconvenience. This was out of our control. But, if the water sputters, remember there might be air in the line. Just let it run for a little bit and we’ll work its way out thank you.

Update:
With all the backflow from the water from all of the lines, we are having a difficult time trying to get the water cleared out to fix this repair. This shouldn’t take that long once we can get everything drained out I will continue to update you all as soon as I can.

🚨 WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION 🚨

We are currently experiencing a water leak on a water line, which requires us to shut off water service while our crews work to locate and repair the issue.

At this time, we do not know how long water service will be interrupted. We understand how inconvenient this is and sincerely apologize for the disruption.

Our crew is working as quickly and safely as possible to get the leak repaired and water service restored. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

⚠️To avoid service interruption and a $120 disconnection/reconnection fee, please ensure your account balance is paid as soon as possible.

📮For your convenience, cash and check payments may be placed in our office drop box at any time.

💳We accept card payments within our office hours.

We had an emergency fix the north portion side of M and Parks Creek water is off. Hopefully it won’t be off very much longer.

🌱 Meter Access Reminder 🌱

As our crews continue monthly meter readings, we’d like to remind all customers to please keep the area around your water meter clear by regularly mowing or trimming the grass leading up to and around the meter.

Overgrown grass, weeds, and other vegetation can make it difficult for our employees to safely and efficiently access your meter.

Failure to maintain clear access to your water meter may result in an additional fee being added to your account.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide accurate and timely meter readings. Thank you for doing your part!
