That means most graduates are fully capable of achieving a solid, competitive score with the knowledge they already have. A little preparation can go a long way, boosting confidence and opening the door to more career opportunities.

Before anyone attempts the Initial Fitness Test (IFT) for Special Warfare, they start with a Diagnostic Fitness Test (DFT).

The DFT is a baseline assessment.
It shows where you’re at right now and helps us build a plan to get you where you need to be.

✔️ Run
✔️ Pull-ups
✔️ Sit-ups
✔️ Push-ups

Once you’re consistently meeting (and exceeding) standards, then you move on to the IFT.

This process exists for one reason:
To prepare you to succeed, not just to pass.
