Located on Armstrong Woods Road in Guerneville since 1986, the Russian River Senior Resource Center is the only local resource for seniors living in West Sonoma County. Many seniors are physically isolated from services they need to help them stay in their homes. Highly visible and respected in the community, the Center is often the first point of contact for a senior or family when looking for he

lp. The Center provides life sustaining and life enriching services that assist seniors in living productive, independent and meaningful lives. We also have classes such as yoga, tai chi, knitting, computer, art & more! All classes are by donation - no one turned away!

Russian River Senior Center updates for Thursday 8/13. Hope to see you here. Lunch is served from 11:30 to 1. We will be serving fresh orzo salad made by Chef Ramesh. All ages welcome. $5.

Redwood Caregivers Support Group meets tomorrow Thursday 8/13 from 1:30-3:300 at the Russian River Senior Center.

Also this Thursday there will be no Tai Chi class at the center. Class will resume next week.
