On behalf of the Friends of the Guilderland Democratic Committee, and especially, our Town Office Electeds, Peter Barber, Supervisor; Rosemary Centi, Town Board Member; Jean Cataldo, Town Clerk and John Bailey, Town Justice; each of whom were victorious in Tuesday's General Elections ... we would like to once again extend our appreciation to the voters in Guilderland for their vote of confidence.

We would also like to thank our many volunteers and campaign workers for their time, effort and assistance who, as always in the past, were key elements in insuring our Candidate's electoral success in the hard fought town-wide campaign of the past few months.

With everyone's help, the positive message of each of our candidates was brought to the many thousands of doorsteps of the Guilderland electorate.

Stay tuned as we continue to shape the future of Guilderland with open, honest and transparent Town governance.

Congratulations also to Democrats Dennis Feeney, County Legislator, LD 28; Bryan Clenahan, County Legislator, LD 30; and Paul Miller, County Legislator, LD 32 who also were successful in their re-election and election campaigns.

Rosemary Centi, following the opening of all Absentee Ballots, yesterday morning at the Board of Elections, won her seat on the Town Board by a margin of 140 + votes.

Good Morning it is Tuesday, November 3rd, Election Day 2015.

Today, your vote will determine the future in our Town of Guilderland, important County Offices, including County Executive, County Sheriff, County County Comptroller and Coroner. We also have a chance to pick our newest Supreme Court Justice, Christine Ryba.

Today, your vote will decide whether you want a Team of Town Elected Officials, a new Town Supervisor, Peter Barber and Town Board Members, Rosemary Centi and Allen Maikels who will continue to provide the highest quality Town services and who will work to build and improve our community with a continuing program of progressive and responsive governance. Our future is too important to sit this election out.

Please help us to get your friends, family and eveb those who may be total strangers to the polls. We need your help to keep good things happening in Guilderland, for our youths and our seniors, for all our Park services and to maintain and support our great array of public safety services!

Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

If you need help locating your Polling place - call the Albany County Board of Elections at 487-5060. If you or someone you know need a ride to the polls, please call 518-438-8282.

We still need people to go door to door and make GOTV calls today and to help get people to the polls!.

Primary Day 2014 is two weeks from this coming Tuesday.

Polls are open Noon to 9 PM on Tuesday, September 9th.

Volunteers will be needed to assist the Guilderland Democratic Committee with its 2014 (Combined Candidate),Town Wide, Get Out The Vote efforts
Teams will be leaving from Town Center Plaza, corner of Western Avenue and Johnston Roads in Westmere for door to door Lit Drops, voter registration - daily beginning September 3rd.
Phone banks will be operating evenings and weekends starting tomorrow, through 9 PM on Primary Day.

Volunteers are still needed to assist the Guilderland Democratic Committee with its 2013 (Combined Candidate) Town Wide, Get Out The Vote Canvass and Lit Drop tomorrow Sunday, November 3rd.

Teams will be leaving from our Campaign Office at Town Center Plaza, corner of Western Avenue and Johnston Roads in Westmere - beginning tomorrow, Sunday, at 1 PM and continuing through 4 PM.

Phone banks will be operating tomorrow, Sunday, beginning at 1 PM continuing through 8 PM. Also, on Monday evening from 5 PM through 8 PM as wel as on Tuesday, Election Day, from Noon though 8 PM.

Teams will be leaving from our Campaign Office at Town Center Plaza, Western Avenue and Johnston Roads in Westmere - throughout the day each day. Our Big Blitz Lit Drop Tally will start out from our Campaign Office on Sunday at 1 PM.

Volunteers are also needed and will be meeting this evening at our Campaign Office to prepare Lit Drop packets, etc.

Phone banks will be operating on Sunday all day, Monday evening and during the day on Tuesday, Election Day.

Support our Democratic Guilderland Town Office Candidates Fall 2013

Election Day is November 5th.

Watch for the Democratic Team as they are out visiting homes and Neighborhoods across Guilderland every day!

Ken Runion, for Supervisor; Pat Slavick for Council; Paul Pastore for Council;
Jean Cataldo for Town Clerk; and Lynne Buchanan for Receiver of Taxes.

Denise Randall and Dick Sherwood are also seeking election to the two positions of Town Justice that are on this year's election Ballot.

Volunteers are needed to assist with delivering literature to homes Saturdays and Sundays every weekend until Election Day.

Lawn signs are available for pick up and placement on private home lawns at our Campaign Office at Town Center Plaza, Western Avenue and Johnston Road.

Volunteers are needed to staff our Campaign Office, nights and weekends
to assist with new voter registration, absentee ballot applications, distributing
lawn signs, campaign literature - as well as working on phone bank efforts.
