Our team is comprised of some of the most talented people specializing in municipal emergency services and training, financial planning and insurance services. Out team also has Emergency Services personnel with over 30 years of experience, including the fire, police, and EMS. Our main focus is helping customers solve their problems and come up with the best solutions possible to help them succeed and grow. Whether it's helping them with training their staff in safety responses or assisting with designing a new piece of emergency equipment. We have an incredible team of trainers and consultants that worked on many projects around the world for the past 10+ years. Our team has created and managed many different levels of projects, from large companies to small one person startups. We have incredibly talented members of our team that helped train tens of thousands of people, worldwide.

We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to start right away. It would be Monday - Friday (10am - 2pm). Must have the following:

*Must have excellent phone skills
*Must be able to resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail and/or social media
*Must be able to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting & explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; then follow up to ensure the resolution
*Lean and understand our products inside and out, so that you can answer questions from the clients
*Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
*Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
*Support policy holders

Hello Everyone,
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is an amazing organization that takes the money raised and funds research grants to help stop childhood cancer. This is a very close organization to me and my family as my son is a cancer survivor. Please consider making a donation by clicking the link below.... any amount helps.
