Harrison County Beautification Commission The mission of HCBC shall be to implement Keep America Beautiful and similar programs to make our community cleaner, greener, safer and more livable.

The Harrison County Beautification Commission strives to coordinate programs in litter reduction, recycling and hazardous waste collection; implement and coordinate education programs, encourage sponsorship donations, volunteers and in-kind services; and promote the overall plan and goals of the Beautification Commission.

Harrison County Beautification Commission was honored to partner with The City of D’Iberville this past weekend celebrating “Earth Day” at their annual Household Waste Collection Day!  This annual event gives residents the opportunity to dispose of hazardous household items properly to minimize landfill waste and promote responsible management for our environment. Creating green space can promote a welcoming environment for students and visitors alike.
