High Risk Rescue, LLC We are a professional training and consultant company, geared to high risk topics in Public Safety. of State Contract at US Embassy Kabul, Afghanistan.

HRR was founded in 2015 by the owner / operator, Justin Miller, while deployed on a US Dept. Justin is a 19 year military veteran NCO of both the US Army and US Air Force, an 18 year veteran Captain / Training Officer of the civilian Fire / Rescue Service, and a 15 year Law Enforcement officer / Tactical Medic. Justin has been involved in high risk operations in: Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan and nume

rous stateside natural and man-made disasters. HRR was created to combat the ever increasing number of injuries and deaths to public safety professionals and civilians by everything from structure fires to active shooters. Through up to date, proven, intensive education by highly trained and experienced instructors we hope to bridge the gap and save lives.
