GUN BARREL CITY FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS RESPOND TO AN INJURED SWIMMER AT TOM FINLEY PARK
Gun Barrel City, TX- On Monday May 25, at 1:34pm Gun Barrel City Fire and Police Departments responded to a report from Henderson County Sheriff Dispatch of an injured swimmer in the water at Tom Finley Park. Gun Barrel City Police were first on scene and located the swimmer in shallow water 100 yards from the main swimming area. The patient was stabilized in the water and transported to the shoreline by Gun Barrel City Fire Fighters. The patient was transported by UT Health EMS for treatment.
