🏐💛 A BET IS A BET, COACH MAC! 😂💛

Coach Mac made a little bet with our 7th grade volleyball teams that they couldn’t go undefeated AND win the district championship… well, these girls said, “CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!”

Not only did they go undefeated, but they also brought home the DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP! And now, Coach Mac is rocking a brand-new bleached hairstyle because a deal is a deal!

NEVER underestimate a determined group of girls with a goal! These athletes proved they had the talent, teamwork, and heart to get it done! ❤️🏐

Congratulations to our 7th grade volleyball teams on an AMAZING undefeated season and district championship! And a big shoutout to Coach Mac for being a good sport and keeping his promise!

Coach, we think the new look suits you! 😎😂

GMS families, our yearbook staff has a goal: sell 84 more yearbooks before November! 📘🐯

Order your 2026–27 GMS yearbook at Jostens.com. Click “Buy Your Yearbook,” then search for Gunter Middle School in Gunter, Texas.

Every yearbook purchased September 23 through October 31 will be entered into a drawing for a giant candy bar! We’ll also have separate candy bar drawings for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. 🍫

8th grade families: You can also celebrate your student with a personalized ad in the yearbook! Visit Jostens.com/yearbookads, find Gunter Middle School, and follow the steps to add your photos, write a message, and pay online. Please remember that purchasing an ad does not include a yearbook, so order your book too!

A special thank-you to two of our amazing yearbook students, Adam and Nick, who passed out flyers in the car rider line after school today. They’re helping us get the word out, one family at a time! 💙

🔬🧪 Coach Mac’s 7th Grade Science class was hard at work in the lab last week! Our scientists were busy exploring, experimenting, and putting their science skills into action. We love seeing curiosity and hands-on learning come to life! 🧑‍🔬✨
