Grief can look different for everyone. If someone you care about is grieving, you don’t need to have the perfect words — you can simply be there. Stay in touch, listen without judgment, let them express their emotions, and remind them they don’t have to go through it alone.

Sometimes, your presence is the greatest support. 🫂
