Warren Township Highway Department maintains the right-of-way of many of the streets in all unincorporated areas. The right-of-way is from the center of the street to the property line. Within that right-of-way, the Highway Department assumes many responsibilities. Among these are the following maintenance responsibilities: Asphalt Patching, Asphalt Resurfacing, Drainage, Gravel Shouldering, Litter Pickup, Roadside Mowing, Road Striping, Traffic Control Surface, Tree Removal (right-of-way), and Winter Snow & Ice Control.
