Summer Food STEAM Events are back in JULY at the Guthrie County Extension Office! 🎉

These FREE events are open to all youth ages 1–18 thanks to our generous sponsors! No registration required. Come enjoy hands-on learning, fun activities, and a delicious lunch each day!

📍 Location: Guthrie County Extension Office – 212 State St., Guthrie Center

🐰 Join Rabbit Hopping! 🐰

Rabbit Hopping classes will begin Monday, June 22 at 6:00 PM and will be held every other Monday at the 4-H/FFA Building.

✨ Open to youth of all ages!
✨ No cost to participate!
✨ Practice with your rabbit while learning showmanship, grooming, show etiquette, and more from experienced members.
✨ Clover Kids are welcome but must have a parent present at each practice.

📅 Registration is required by June 18!

Whether you're new to rabbits or looking to improve your skills before fair, this is a great opportunity to learn, practice, and have fun with fellow rabbit enthusiasts!

Do you know an outstanding young woman who demonstrates leadership, character, and community involvement? Encourage her to apply!

✨ Represents Guthrie County at the Iowa State Fair Queen Competition

✨ Receive a $600 scholarship from the Guthrie County Fair Board
