6-15-26 Weekly Weather Outlook

Cooler today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday). Heat returns Wednesday. Multiple chances of rain and storms throughout the week. Not everyone will see storms each day, but the ones that do could see hail and damaging winds.

Important Traffic Information!!!! 6-15-26

Good Monday Morning Logan County!

We hope everyone had a great weekend and enjoyed a little bit of rain and some cooler temps yesterday.

This week starts the traffic flowing into Logan County. The National Junior High Finals Rodeo is coming to the Lazy E. The Rodeo officially starts 6-21-26 and goes through 6-27-26. Contestants and their horses start to arrive this Thursday 6-18-26. There will be lots of extra traffic on Seward, Douglas, Forest Hills and Waterloo. Please be patient with the extra traffic in the area. Deputies will be directing traffic on Forest Hills.

Weather update Saturday 6-13-26

A slight risk of severe storms is expected on Saturday as a cold front sweeps southward across Oklahoma during the late afternoon and overnight hours. The main threats from these storms will include large hail and damaging winds. A thunderstorm complex is forecast for Saturday night, bringing locally heavy rainfall with totals reaching 1-2 inches and isolated areas potentially experiencing higher amounts.
