Fresh from the groomer (Prickly Pooch Salon) with her new power pink ears, Mercy Mae marched straight into Chief Don Sweger's office to demand a treat raise — citing “emotional support excellence” and “outstanding cuteness under pressure.”

…They locked eyes in an intense stare down... 👮‍♂️🐩

Neither side blinked… 👀

The tension was ruff. 🐶💼

But in the end, the Chief held firm — and his admin assistant Shelly Clemons caved first. 😏💖

Mercy walked away victorious (and with an extra treat). 🍪 🐾💅

She only ate it today when she realized Chief Don Sweger wasn’t in his office during her morning treat route.
