I joined the Navy to find a sense of self worth. It seemed to me like everyone around me were very comfortable with themselves, and I needed to find something that would make me stand out among them. I joined the Navy because I wanted to do something good for myself while traveling around the world. I also enjoy the fact that we get free healthcare and get many opportunities to attend college for the low cost of free with the help of the GI bill and TA (as well as financial aid)! I have a family friend that is also currently in the Navy and she has been a big role model for me before and during my career! I am currently a corpsman stationed in Italy! I’ve been to Spain, France, and I’ve traveled around Sicily. Hopefully more countries to come along the way! If you have any questions feel free to send a message
