We had a fantastic time this morning on WJEJ with Lou Scally talking all about the upcoming Washington County 250th Celebration!

A big thank you to Lou for welcoming County Commissioners Jeff Cline and John Barr, Deputy Director of Public Works-Parks and Recreation Jaime Dick, and the Washington County Public Relations & Marketing Department to the show to share what visitors can expect at this once-in-a-generation celebration.

From live entertainment and family-friendly activities to local vendors, historical exhibits, the drone show, and spectacular fireworks, there's something for everyone on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center!

The Washington County Highway Department announces an upcoming lane closure at the intersection of Mt Aetna Road and Robinwood Drive on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. till noon for signal detection work. All west bound traffic on Mt Aetna will have to turn right onto Robinwood Drive.
