If you are a Hallam Borough resident and have received a 2026 Penn State Health Life Lion subscription renewal for ambulance service, DO NOT renew for this year. Your current subscription with Penn State health lifeline is valid until May 31, 2026. As of July 1, 2026 Hallam Borough‘s ambulance service will be provided by Community Life Team.

Snow Emergency is in effect until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
Parking is prohibited on Snow Emergency routes during this period. This includes the inside loop, from 245 to 445 Charles Circle and the west side of East Beaver Street from Friendship Avenue to Buttonwood Lane.

Hallam Borough is seeking to fill the position of relief/substitute Maintenance Worker. This is a very occasional position. The ideal candidate must be available 24/7 during snow plowing season.
