Friends of the Friench Simpson Memorial Library The Friends are people like you who believe in and support the Public Library. Funds are generated by memberships, donations, book sales, and contributions.

The Friends of the Friench Simpson Memorial Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the interest and welfare of Hallettsville's Public Library, and to enhance the library's programs, collections, equipment and services. The Friends of the Library believe in the important role the Friench Simpson Memorial Library plays in making information and knowledge accessible

to all, in order to create an empowered and connected community. We raise funds to donate to the Public Library to provide services, books, sponsor cultural events for the community, and equipment the library would otherwise be unable to afford. You can become involved with the Friends by becoming a member, volunteering, remembering or honoring a special person with a gift to the Friends of the Friench Simpson Memorial Library or donating books for the book sale. Join us on Thursday, December 18th from 2-3 OR Tuesday, December 30 from 2-3 as we shake things up at the library 😉

Kids are invited to create their very own snow globe, filled with sparkle, snow, and winter wonder!

This craft is for all ages. Any child 10 and under is required to be supervised by their parent or guardian for the duration of the craft.
