This program goes beyond basics and acronyms, focusing more on specific truck assignments, prioritizing tasks, critical thinking, auto-awareness, undermanned truck, engine doing truck work, and the various methods involved with completing those tasks to ensure on the .
Grunts must complete many of the needed truck duties efficiently and independently. We must avoid robot mode and instead go beast mode. This seminar also focuses on relevance and the realities of truck 'grunt' work with effective freelancing (yes!) and countering impractical unrealistic fire service narratives, methodology, myths and avoiding the generic jibberish. The use of excessive safety statements, incident command and tactical work sheets are NOT part of this program.
