Aiden Bishop was born with optic nerve hypoplasia, a congenital condition where the optic nerve – which connects to the eye – is underdeveloped. It is a leading cause of vision impairment in children. Despite being 80 to 90 percent blind, the Frontier High School junior has created an autonomous robot model car for his Computer-Aided Design (CAD) class that he designed, built and coded himself. He was featured in a great segment on WKBW-TV! Check it out.

A Frontier High School junior is proving that determination, patience and a passion for technology can go a long way.

Big Tree Elementary School students got the thrill of their young lives when Buffalo Bills Superstar Quarterback Josh Allen and some of his teammates made a visit to Big Tree Elementary School on Wednesday as part of a community visit by the team. They even went out on Frontier's Multi-Purpose field to throw the ball around with the kids. How cool is that!

The Frontier High School Bands, under the direction of Richard Riederer and Daryl Warren, proudly performed at the annual Memorial Day ceremony Monday at the Lake View Fire Hall. The bands presented a selection of patriotic favorites, including "God Bless America," "America the Beautiful" and "You’re a Grand Old Flag," helping honor the men and women who have served our country. A highlight of the event was a moving performance of "Taps" by Frontier High School trumpeter Drew Dvornski.
