Scarecrow Hill was discovered a decade ago by some high school kids who realized they were hearing voices, but these voices have been there for over a century which makes the inference this 'hill' could be an old Indian Burial Ground?? It was founded on July 1, 2000 when a boy discovered the remains of a human-like skeleton. It was debunked to be a coyote skull mixed in with other animal parts. Pr
ior to that - the term Scarecrow Hill was coined because of the ol' wives tale of a walking, talking scarecrow that haunted the site for years. There was a clearing that remains to this day untouched via the 'Tree of the Dead' they called it being dismembered. People used to fear the red leaves of autumn for that was the ghastly Scarecrow's tracks for haunting, as depicted during an experiment on all hollow's eve 2003. And the unexplained red smoke/gas that emanates from the specter (surrounding it) were like emissions from a diesel truck. Halloween is truly the best time for family and friends to gather and hunt for signs of the Scarecrow, as we all call this demonic entity now. A book has been written about this haunt spot and is to this day awaiting a publisher because of money issues. BUT, Until then, no one will really know the caliber of Scarecrow Hill's deadly ambiance, as their have been claims by my friends that this entity 'can' in fact move objects like a full blown poltergeist. Claims of people have disappeared and been faded thru the years. My friend Andrew and I have tried EVP sessions, seances, and other ghost hunting techniques including but not limited to oigu boards and psychic pin wheels in which we have all been utilized and made contact with this haunted entity to prove it is haunted. We are still trying to get solid evps as well. Aside a six foot red appareled ghost resembling a scarecrow being seen on the foreshadows of the high school now in place of the haunted woodlands, the creek behind the clearing is the real Scarecrow Hill. Its an actual Hill where rumor has it, the supposed apparition of this particular scarecrow entity was murdered by fellow constables in middle aged America. Once murdered, the specific gunslinger whom was never identified was resurrected and has been a nasty poltergeist since. There have been eyewitness accounts, but many haven't seen the light of day if caught in the act. Armed with what appears to be retractable blades for fingers, eyewitness accounts only, the scarecrow is a common attraction to the surrounding community that surrounds it in Hamburg, N.Y. and many people like to go there. It is now locally known as the 'Better Goodleburg' or what the common folklore says is much scarier than Fort Niagara and Zoar Valley - considering the ghost is actually tangible if made contact with. An invitation goes out to 'Mysteries of the unexplained' including people who've claimed to be apart of TAPS (ghost hunters), Monster Quest, Paranormal State, Ghost Adventures, Most Haunted, Ghost Hunters International, Word's Scariest Places, Sightings, Ghost Detectives, Ghost Lab, Haunted Highway, School Spirits, Psychic Kids: Paranormal State, Celebrity Ghost stories, My ghost story, The Dead Files, Destination Truth, and Paranormal Files: Fact or Faked as well as and tons of other haunt fanatics who are interested in this cool trail site. You are all more than welcome to catch the most evil evp's and photo/camera ops and angles of this 'creature' we'll call it, we are still on my end trying to get better evidence. It reminds me of the Mothman, its there but you never see it in time. We're not even sure it's the soul of a man anymore - but maybe a demonic creature of some sort now. If a tv show or haunted community member spokesman should read this or agent within the region or country - contact the Face Book community and look for Scarecrow Hill to help this site get recognized. This is not a hoax such as the infamous Pigman Road (Holland Road). The only farce to facts about Scarecrow Hill is the body count of spirits - as everything is accounted for. There is a Scarecrow out there.......But where? This Hill couldn't be more haunted - I heard someone say "Die." Right behind me - without the evp meter. A free roaming phantasm is what it is - it does not just haunt the remains of its muddy catacombs it calls Frontier Central - but it excavates much further than common folklore. SC Hill is locally known and slowly rising to World renown as probably the most dangerous and presumably most scariest woodland in America. Aside orbs and lights - physically debunked as the Lantern of Souls the Scarecrow has carried for centuries, maybe millenniums we have seen with our naked eyes - this apparition has been seen on the rooftops of houses, even spotted phasing in and out of factories such a a local Riefler's. We also want to check for ectoplasm, because their was a residue within the mist by the concrete structure. Police will not comment, as the woods are usually a spot for teenagers to party on most occasions, but you can make the call yourself - visit Scarecrow Hill. But enter at your own risk - for trespassing on school property is prohibited unless you travel thru the grounds by day. If at night, I believe we need to bring a property deeds document with you. You could as well take along microfiche film or newspapers remitting the past of the haunted site, anything of classic newspapers regarding the school being built can muster some energy. You can get more energy to usurp whilst bringing this. If you choose to use a ougi board or ask the wrong question during a seance - be prepared for dire consequences:( For example, we were doing the flash light trick, and one flash light cracked. ?? Exactly my point, there is a ton of energy from this site. This material is not to be fooled around with, in fact - even seasoned mages including veteran witches/warlocks *Shari and Dustin* have been overpowered by this supernatural entity, trying to conjure it as Dustin is a Median and Brandy a veteran in the wicca craft. They almost had a visual of the scarecrow-like entity but than they both got sick as they both did this at two separate occasions. Its unhallowed ground - which means anything goes when contacting the dead. Even priests/bishops will not trek thru the treacherous stomping grounds of the scarecrow, I say that with caution because a priest already offered to bless the ground and once back in the clearing, the fire that was raging ended up going out like as if a rainstorm had hit it or gale force wind gust blasted it. If you desire to contact the deceased, or resurrect the dead - be prepared for major backfire. Especially from the Scarecrow himself....
In other words - Respect the dead.
